Refunds & Replacements
Items can be replaced if they are deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer. To request refunds or replacements for faulty goods simply email info@smaarthorses.co.uk. Quote your Invoice Number and the Product Number, which you will find on the invoice.If you have purchased a DVD that is not playing correctly, please try cleaning the DVD carefully, not using abrassive or harsh chemicals. If the DVD is still faulty, please contact us for a replacement.
Refunds or replacements will be processed providing the goods were purchased no more than 28 days before contacting us and are returned to us unsoiled, undamaged, unused and have not been altered in any way.
Please note; rope items are custom made to order and so refunds cannot be given unless the item is deemed by the manufacturer to be faulty. If the item is faulty the manufacturer will initially replace the item. Refund will only be given if a returned replacement item is deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer.
Distance Selling Regulations
If your order was placed via the internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item.To advise us if you wish to cancel your order and to receive your refund (for the total cost for the products, including the original postage) you must contact us at info@smaarthorses.co.uk or write to:

within 7 working days (not including weekends or public holidays) after the day your order was received. Any postage and packaging costs will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us and must take good care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.
Replacements
If you wish a replacement for a damaged item purchased, please provide details on the order form that was issued in your package and include this in the returns package.Send the new order Form with a cheque to cover additional costs of the new goods, if requried, + p&p to:

The returns number will ensure you will be given a refund for your returns (minus p&p) upon receipt of the returned goods.
Your replacement item(s) will be issued upon clearance of funds.
RETURN YOUR GOODS
Return your goods to The S.M.A.A.R.T. Horse Company Ltd, 1 Toftcombs Avenue, Stonehouse, ML9 3QY- Ensure the goods are carefully re-packaged, preferably in the original packaging, enclose the invoice completed with the returns number. Carefully address the envelope with the return address.
- When sending your package please ensure that you obtain a receipt for your postage and a certificate of posting. You may also wish to insure your parcel against loss or damage. The S.M.A.A.R.T. Horse Company Ltd, 1 Toftcombs Avenue, Stonehouse, ML9 3QY cannot be held responsible for loss of the package prior to arrival with us.
Additional Information
We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, in the unlikely event that the product you purchased is received damaged as a result of poor manufacturing/shipping, please cease use immediately and return the item for our inspection, following the procedure outlined in “return your goods”.Items returned due to manufacturing damage will be inspected before a refund can be authorised. Your refund will be issued either by cheque or by the means in which you originally paid for the goods.
